The processing method is: replace the sealing ring and the seal gear. However, it should be noted that the surface of the selected sealing ring should be smooth; no wrinkles, no cracks, no holes, no abrasions, etc.

(2) The piston rod locks tightly and loose. The processing method is: tighten the piston rod to lock the nut.

(3) When the cylinder cylinder is severe, the hydraulic oil on the upper and lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder may be connected. Processing method: If the loss is not serious, the method of replacing and increasing the piston sealing can be taken to restore its sealing; if the circular and cylindrical error exceeds 0.05mm, the cylinder cylinder can be used for polishing and replacing the increased piston piston To restore the normal cooperation gap.
