A. Exclusion of internal leakage failure in the hydraulic system

Internal leakage is mainly caused by leakage of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and distributors in the internal hydraulic system. The failure of the internal leakage is not easy to be found, and sometimes it is necessary to use the instrument for detection and adjustment to exclude it. In summary, mainly in the following aspects:

Severe wear or assembly error of the related parts of the gear hydraulic pump
(1) The gap between the combination of the hydraulic pump gear and the pump shell exceeds the specified limit. The processing method is: replace the pump case or use the inlay method to repair to ensure that the gap between the gear of the hydraulic pump gear and the shell is within the specified range.

(2) Excessive wear of the gear shaft cover and the end surface of the gear, so that the pre -compression of the unloading sealing ring is insufficient and loses the sealing effect, which causes the hydraulic pump high pressure cavity and low pressure cavity can be passed, and the internal leakage is serious. The processing method is to add compensation pads below the rear axis (the thickness of the compensation pad should not exceed 2mm) to ensure the compression of the sealing ring.

(3) When disassembling the hydraulic pump, the binding surface of the two axis cases (axis of the spiral oil groove) will be equipped with the wrong direction of the steel wire. The processing method is to ensure that the guide steel wire can take the two shaft sleeves at the same time according to the angle of the passive gear rotation direction, so that the plane plane of the two shaft sleeves is closely fitted.

(4) When disassembling the hydraulic pump, the sealing ring of the partial pressure is damaged. The processing method is: if the encryption ring is aging, the new item should be replaced: the sealing rubber ring should be installed on one side (low pressure cavity) on one side (low pressure cavity), and a certain pre -tightening pressure should be guaranteed. If it is installed on the side of the hydraulic cavity, the sealing rubber ring will be damaged quickly, causing the high -pressure cavity to communicate with the low pressure cavity, causing the hydraulic pump to lose its ability to work.
