Precautions for
SAE flange clamp installation
1. The SAE flange must have sufficient strength and must not be deformed when tightening.
2. The flange sealing surface should be cleaned up, and oil stains and rust must be carefully cleaned up when installing the SAE flange.
3. The gasket needs good oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance, as well as good elasticity and mechanical strength.
4. Select gaskets with different sections and sizes according to the shape of the connecting part, and set them correctly.
5. The tightening force of the flange should be divided equally, and the tightening amount of the rubber pad should be controlled at about 1/3 of the strength.
