(1) The safety valve is worn or the
hydraulic oil is too dirty; the ball valve is corroded, the springs are insufficient or broken; the hydraulic oil is not converged; , Will make the safety valve closure strictly.
The processing method is: A. Replace the clean hydraulic oil that meets the standard; replace the spring of the specified length and elasticity;
B. Replace the ball in the ball valve. After installing the valve seat, you can knock on the valve to form it with the valve seat and grind it.
(2) The oil return valve is severely worn or the oil return valve is closed strictly due to the dirty hydraulic oil.
The treatment method is: A, grinding cone surface and mutual research valve. If the cylindrical surface is severely worn, the chrome grinding method can be used to repair;
B. If the small cylindrical surface and the catheter wear, the inner clearance is too large, you can inlaid copper sleeve in the catheter to restore the cooperation gap;
C. Clean the oil cylinder and replace the clean
hydraulic oil.
(3) The slider and the slide valve hole wear to increase the gap. The oil of the oil cylinder leaks from the gap between the wear under the piston, and flows back to the fuel tank.
The processing method is: grinding repair after chrome plating, optional with the slide valve hole.
