What are the advantages of hydraulic joints

2023-05-31
The hydraulic joint manufacturer believes that the connection mode of the hydraulic rotary joint can be selected according to the working conditions. There are independent pipelines inside, which can be selected according to different working conditions to maximize benefits. There are two precision bearings inside the rotary joint, which are stable, durable, reliable, firm and flexible, with low friction coefficient and high-speed operation. Generally speaking, hydraulic rotary joints are usually used to deliver hydraulic media to hydraulic actuators above rotating equipment.

Manufacturers of hydraulic joints believe that the entrance of the transmission medium can be freely selected from the side or the rear according to the working conditions. The sealing surface and sealing ring are made of special materials, which are wear-resistant, long-lived, corrosion-resistant and leak-free. Through visual inspection of the appearance of the product, the wear condition of the inner seal can be known, which can prevent mechanical shutdown or mechanical damage, so as to achieve the effect of prevention and reduce losses. Replacement and maintenance of worn seals is easy and saves money by eliminating the need to purchase new ones.

Manufacturers of hydraulic joint believe that due to the advantages of hydraulic joints over electrical and mechanical transmissions, hydraulic joints are more and more widely used in various industries. Hydraulic rotary joints are used more and more widely. If the hydraulic actuator is fixed relative to the media source, steel pipes can be used to deliver the media to the actuator. If the actuator moves slightly (moves, rotates, oscillates) relative to the medium source, a high-pressure hose connection can be used. If there is a hydraulic cylinder on the high-speed rotating shaft, a rotary joint is required to deliver the medium to it. At present, the rotary joint has not been standardized, and there are few manufacturers.

Compared with ordinary joints, the obvious advantage of hydraulic joints is their strong pressure resistance, which is usually several times that of ordinary joints. For some high-pressure hydraulic systems, ordinary machine heads cannot bear the pressure. For example, we know that the impact force of a sudden burst of hydraulic oil pipes is very large, so only special hydraulic joints can be used. Therefore, the ordinary machine head cannot replace the hydraulic joint.

In addition, the aging or contamination of the oil will not only cause the components in the system to fail, but also accelerate the aging and wear of the oil seal. The dirt in it may scratch or embed the oil seal, making the seal invalid, which is unbearable for ordinary joints.

For a hydraulic system with high pressure and large flow, when the actuator (hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor, etc.) changes direction, if the performance of the directional valve is not good, hydraulic shock is likely to occur. The instantaneous high pressure generated by the hydraulic shock may be several times the working pressure of the system. Such high pressure will tear the oil seal or partially squeeze it into the gap in a short period of time, causing serious damage. Only hydraulic joints have a certain carrying capacity.

1. hydraulic joint can be directly connected to straight copper pipes without calcining and welding.

2. Hydraulic joints can be used for pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant filling, etc.

3. According to the nature of the fluid, three kinds of sealing materials are provided, which can be applied to the production lines of air conditioners and refrigerators, and there are various sizes to suit copper pipes of different diameters.

4. The clamping and sealing of the conduit of the hydraulic joint can be completed by simply pulling the lever once. The end surface and outer peripheral surface of the conduit adopt a double sealing structure to ensure good air tightness and vacuum resistance.
