Ask the device operator to understand the usual working conditions of the device. Generally there is six questions: Whether the
hydraulic system work is normal; two questions, the most recent replacement date, the filter is cleaned or replaced; the three questioning accidents have occurred or whether the regulator valve is adjusted, there is no normal Phenomenon; four question accidents have changed before and after the five questions before and after the accident; six ask which types of accidents often occurred and excluded.
