The hydraulic quick joint is a joint that does not require the use of tools and can quickly assemble and disassemble the pipeline. It has two structures: open and close at both ends and open at both ends.

The open and close quick joint at both ends is composed of joint body, check valve spool, jacket, steel ball, spring and seal. There is a one-way valve in the inner cavity of the joint body. When the two joint bodies are separated, the spool of the one-way valve will stretch out under the action of their respective springs and press against the tapered hole of the joint body to close the passage. , the oil in the pipes on both sides is blocked in the pipes and cannot flow out; when the two joint bodies are connected, the two ejector rods at the front end of the check valve spool collide, forcing the valve core to separate from the tapered hole of the joint body, so that the oil in the pipes on both sides The oil is connected, and the two joint bodies are locked with steel balls. When working, the jacket presses the steel balls into the U-shaped groove of the joint body under the action of the spring, so that the joint bodies are connected. This kind of joint is easy to disassemble, but the structure is more complicated, and some resistance loss is relatively large. It is suitable for pipeline systems with oil and gas as the medium. The difference between the open-ended quick connector and the open-closed type is that there is no one-way valve in the inner cavity of the connector. When the two connector bodies are separated, the passage cannot be blocked. One end of the connector is connected to the rubber hose by a three-petal rubber hose connector, and the joint core of the rubber hose connector is directly inserted into the quick connector.
